Our Contracts
Unlike some building service, Luk Building Services Ltd offer a legally binding contract that sets out our binding commitment to the project and a firm defined price. Once we have agreed on the building requirement, we always deliver on time and on budget. No additional work or expenditure is undertaken without the express written agreement of the property owner or its agents.

Working along side the building owner, architects, structural engineers and other professionals we ensure that the clients requirements and specifications are always met and delivered as promised.
Our Insurance
Luk Building Services Ltd carry third party liability insurance to the value of £5,000,000 and employer's liability insurance to the value of £10,000,000. All insurance documentation are always available for your inspection on request.
